Mazatlán 2024

This year was full of surprises! My capacity was lower and I was struggling with my health so first half of the year was the balancing act of ministry and rest. I then ultimately deciding to take time to heal in Michigan for six months the second half of the year. There was a lot of slow moments this year spent with people, baking, painting, reading just short of 50 books, knitting, crocheting, and finding a passion for sewing. Although I didn’t plan it I am grateful for the time I got to spend with family this year. God is good in every season and circumstance!!

Here is a collection of photos from my first year living in Mazatlán. Snippets of life working in the kitchen, the Racham ministry, Brave Love Women ministry events, baking banana bread and birthday cakes, my new knitting hobby, being creative with God, spending time with an amazing community of people who have become like family, and of course my beautiful city!

Colombia & Mexico

Here is a collection of photos from my time in Colombia and Mexico during DTS. We traveled to 19 different locations that ranged from an indigenous community in the desert to the various communities on the Amazon river and basically everything in between.
